In Mike Hudson's article "Gay Marriage Inc." [March 29] he writes, "Gay braces still have the fights of any sum of two units individuals to enter into contracts, wills, and other legal agreements to simulate the rights of marriage." It's important to note that this is not actual everywhere. Unfortunately, I live in Virginia, where legislation was passed denying those of the same sex from entering into any contracts purporting to bestow the benefits of marriage.
